ALBANY, N.Y. – Today, Jennifer Rand, Project Executive at Consigli Construction Co., Inc. was named a 40 Under 40 honoree for 2023 by the Albany Business Review.

In its annual recognition of area young professionals, the Albany Business Review selects 40 individuals representing leading industries who are helping shape the Capital Region’s economy and workforce. Honorees were selected from a pool of about 250 nominations by an advisory committee made up of 40 Under 40 alumni and Business Review staff.

Rand first joined Consigli as an intern in 2006 and was hired full-time in 2007 after graduating from Worcester Polytechnic Institute. In 2014, she transferred to the Albany office and has helped drive significant growth for the Albany and Pleasant Valley offices, with a proven track record of completing projects ranging from small tenant fit-outs to highly complex and logistically challenging projects throughout the Capital Region.

“As a woman in construction, Jenn has led by example and fostered an environment in our Albany office and region that has drawn many other young professionals to pursue a career in construction,” said Tim Barry, Director of Operations – Upstate New York. “Jenn is well respected by her peers in the industry, not just fellow employees at Consigli, and her success continues to demonstrate great examples for others both personally and professionally.”
