The New York State Council of the Society for Human Resource Management, Best Companies Group and Rochester Business Journal named Consigli as one of the Best Companies to Work for in New York.
Best Companies to Work for in New York identifies, recognizes and honors the best places of employment in New York in three categories: small companies (15-99 employees), medium companies (100-249 employees) and large companies (250 or more employees). To be considered, companies must have at least 15 full-time or part-time employees working in New York; be a for-profit or not-for-profit business or government entity; be a publicly or privately held business; have a facility in the state of New York and be in business a minimum of one year.
Consigli was honored in the large companies category and was recognized for its commitment to creating an environment where people love to come to work. Rankings were determined using a two-part survey process, which assessed information provided by employers about benefits, policies, practices and other general data, as well as an evaluation of employees’ workplace experience.
In addition to benefits supporting the physical and mental health of employees and their families, Consigli also provides its employees with paid volunteer time, generous 401K matching, fitness reimbursement and wellness incentives, summer Fridays, parental leave and a culture that encourages work life balance. Various Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) also work collaboratively and thoughtfully to foster a diverse, equitable and inclusive environment for all employees.
