- The project was constructed in an operational central utility building building
- Information Technology space was delivered in phases to avoid shutdowns
3,000 sq. ft. renovation of the first floor and basement space of on the client’s Summit New Jersey campus. The project involved the demolition and abatement of a legacy shop area to create a new Tier III (2N) supported data room with dedicated and diverse electrical and mechanical infrastructure, computer room and campus data cabling.
Building S5’s existing infrastructure including utilities and building construction were also addressed. They were upgraded to meet new space and code, fire separation and isolation requirements.
The scope included supporting client’s third party commissioning agent. Contains one 360kW Liebert NXL 3-phase UPS, a 750kW natural gas generator, three 1000 amp Bypass Automatic Transfer Switches and a 360kW Piller CPM rotary UPS.
