RHINEBECK, NY – Kirchhoff-Consigli Construction Management (KCCM) was joined by representatives from Health Quest and Kirchhoff Medical Properties on Friday, December 5th to celebrate a significant building milestone for the construction of Northern Dutchess Hospital’s new medical pavilion. Located on Spring Brook Avenue in Rhinebeck, the three-story, 87,000 square-foot building is being constructed by KCCM and designed by Steffian Bradley Architects.
The traditional “topping out” ceremony marked the placement of the last steel beam onto the new Medical Pavilion which will include state-of-the-art features, such as a surgical unit which enables nurses to have an unobstructed view into assigned patient rooms; high-tech operating suites which accommodate the large equipment required for advanced surgical procedures; private patient rooms equipped with telemetry monitors and Class-A medical office space.
Northern Dutchess Hospital is an affiliate of the Health Quest System, which also includes Vassar Brothers Medical Center, another local project built by KCCM.
The project is scheduled for completion in December 2015.
