PLEASANT VALLEY, NY – In an effort to consolidate, streamline and maximize resources, Kirchhoff-Consigli Construction Management is being rebranded as Consigli Construction NY to reflect its position as an affiliate of the Consigli Building Group.
Started by Joseph Kirchhoff in 1991 in Pleasant Valley, N.Y., Kirchhoff Construction Management, Inc., was enormously successful, completing hundreds of major projects throughout New York State. In 2009, Consigli Building Group, Inc. acquired Kirchhoff and renamed that portion of the company Kirchhoff-Consigli Construction Management.
“This has been and will continue to be the same great company that was started in 1991 under Joe’s leadership and the same it’s been since the acquisition in 2009,” said Anthony Consigli, CEO of Consigli. “Nothing will change but the name. We are excited about our future and look forward to our continued success under the Consigli brand.”
“This is a logical step and provides for the best possible growth opportunities for the people of this great company,” said Joseph Kirchhoff, founder and former CEO of Kirchhoff. “When we started more than 25 years ago, I did not imagine that the organization would be in the position that it is in today and I’m thankful to Consigli for sharing our core values as a company.”
“Our continued commitment to our employees and customers is paramount,” said Greg Burns, President of Kirchhoff-Consigli. “Though our name and colors are changing, our commitment to our customers and our people is not. We are still the same company, with the same talented team, providing the same service and loyalty we always have.”
Burns will retain his leadership role as President of New York Operations.
Since the acquisition of the Pleasant Valley based firm in 2009, Kirchhoff-Consigli’s annual volume has grown to more than $130 million in 2015. In 2011, the company opened a capital regional office in Albany.
