MILFORD, MA – Consigli Construction Co., Inc. of Milford (Consigli) was named as one of the “Best Places to Work” in Massachusetts for the eighth consecutive year by an employee survey hosted annually by the Boston Business Journal. The honor recognizes Consigli’s achievements in creating a positive work environment that attracts and retains employees through a combination of employee satisfaction, working conditions and company culture. This year’s ranking of #7 outpaces Consigli’s 2012 position as the 11th “Best Place to Work” in the mid-sized company category (101-500 employees).
Matthew Consigli, Vice President of Consigli, commented, “Achieving a higher ranking on the BBJ ‘Best Places to Work,’ reflects the hard work and unwavering commitment of our entire team. Receiving this recognition yet again only strengthens our resolve to reinvest in our employees, and to continue providing the best environment for both team achievement and personal growth.”
Consigli was one of more than 400 companies considered for the award, which was based on a two-stage nomination process and the results of an employee survey conducted by independent research firm, Quantum Workplace of Omaha, Nebraska. Employees evaluated their companies based on overall satisfaction and specific categories such as: work environment, work-life balance, job satisfaction, advancement opportunities, management, compensation and benefits.
