Project Overview
- Highly collaborative Integrated Project Delivery approach
- Comprehensive phasing strategy to align with the Master Facility Plan’s lease agreements, move management, budget and schedule goals
- Focus on standardized construction types, systems and finishes for each of the seven facilities
Reliant Medical Group’s (RMG) Ambulatory Care Facility Replacement is central to their Master Facility Plan, which encompasses the renovation and construction of seven ambulatory care facilities in central Massachusetts.
The Integrated Project Delivery allows for a highly collaborative process so that each of the seven facilities will be maximized to support efficient patient flow, staff workflow and improve the overall environment. The facilities will be standardized to meet the progressive healthcare standards of RMG and conform to standardized core clinical care modules. The development of a phased construction and occupancy plan will ensure that all proprieties have been completed and are move-in ready by RMG’s target of May 2019.
