ALBANY, NY – The Albany Business Review took a look at some of the area’s biggest, most notable construction projects that are currently underway – including three Consigli projects: University at Albany’s Emerging Technology and Entrepreneurship Complex, Albany Medical Center Pediatric Emergency Department and the Renovation of Building 27, University at Albany.

The new ETEC building, ranked number one on the list, will have the capacity to hold more than 200 faculty members and researchers and up to 800 UAlbany students. In addition to the classroom and office space, the center will have research labs, special instrumentation facilities, weather and map rooms, conference facilities and an emergency preparedness situation room used by students in UAlbany’s new college of emergency preparedness, homeland security and cybersecurity.
