ALBANY, NY – Consigli Construction Co., Inc. was again named one of the Best Companies to Work for in New York by the New York State Society for Human Resource Management (NYS-SHRM), Best Companies Group, BridgeTower Media and the Rochester Business Journal.

Best Companies to Work for in New York is a research-driven program that examines a company’s practices, programs and benefits and also surveys its employees for their perspectives. Through this evaluation, Best Companies to Work for in New York identifies, recognizes and honors the best places of employment in New York in three categories: small companies, medium companies and large companies.

Consigli was honored as a large company and was recognized for its commitment to creating an environment where people love to come to work. Rankings were determined using a two-part survey process, which assessed information provided by employers about benefits, policies, practices and other general data, as well as an evaluation of employees’ workplace experience.

In addition to benefits supporting the physical and mental health of employees and their families, Consigli also provides its employees with paid volunteer time, generous 401K matching, fitness reimbursement and wellness incentives, summer Fridays, parental leave and a culture that encourages work life balance. Members of the Consigli team from the New York City, Capital Region, Pleasant Valley and Westchester offices attended the awards celebration in Albany, NY where this year’s winners were honored.
