MILFORD, MA – Consigli Building Group, Inc. is pleased to announce the appointment of (Ret.) Colonel Gregory Gadson, co-founder and Chief Strategy Officer of CulturePop, and Debra Williams, retired Senior Vice President of GreatBanc as Consigli’s newest members to the Board of Directors.

A 25-year career Army officer, (Ret.) Colonel Gregory Gadson is a co-founder of CulturePop, which increases the surface area of diversity and inclusion intelligence. He is also a motivational speaker and mentor for professional sports teams and corporate groups, sharing a message of courage, perseverance, determination, and teamwork.

Debra Williams recently retired from GreatBanc’s Employee Stock Ownership Plans (ESOP) Client Services group, with a focus on relationship and transaction management. She brings more than 20 years of ESOP experience that will benefit Consigli’s board and leadership team.

The two new members join Ray Daddazio, who is serving a second term on the board. Daddazio is a Senior Consultant at Thorton Tomasetti and has more than four decades of construction and structural engineering experience. He has led multiple companies within the construction industry.
