Highlights of the volunteer efforts throughout the month include a food pantry renovation project with the Juniper Outreach Foundation and Worcester Public Schools, Working for Worcester’s 11th Annual Build Day and Operation Playhouse, a unique program that benefits local veterans, military families and their children.
“Very exciting to see Consigli have a strong commitment to the community and to help out where we work,” said Janice Narowski, Project Superintendent. “A few hours of your time can make a bigger impact than you realize.”
Employees also partnered with domestic violence prevention nonprofit organizations to support survivors and participated in environmental clean-up volunteer days at local bodies of water. Through the Consigli Foundation, employees also supported the foundation’s partnership with youth and community development organizations like Camp Courant and The BASE.
Volunteer Month participation and a demonstrated corporate commitment to community service plays a critical role in Consigli’s efforts to build great projects, great relationships and great people who build beyond themselves.
