RALEIGH, N.C. – Consigli Construction Co., Inc. is pleased to announce its expansion of operations into Raleigh-Durham under the leadership of Director of Operations John Blakey and Director of Project Development Michael Benson. The company will further develop its regional presence in the academic, life sciences, healthcare, commercial office and residential/mixed-use markets.

John brings more than 30 years of construction industry experience to Consigli and has held various senior leadership roles throughout his career. He has a proven track record of success and operational expertise overseeing a large construction portfolio. In his current role, John returns to Raleigh to oversee Consigli’s business operations in North Carolina.

Michael has more than 20 years of experience in the construction industry, successfully leading projects in multiple sectors, including healthcare, life sciences, high rise, data center and academic markets in Raleigh. In his current role, he leads the business development, estimating and pre-construction efforts needed to support operations and growth in North Carolina.
