MILFORD, MA – Consigli Building Group, Inc. is pleased to announce the recent appointment of Jair K. Lynch to its Board of Directors. During his two-year term, Lynch will work alongside Consigli’s leadership team to establish strategies and goals that will enable the firm to build on its growth and success.

Based in Washington, D.C., Lynch is a real estate industry leader with more than 25 years of experience as an investor and a developer. He is the founder of Jair Lynch Real Estate Partners, a firm specializing in institutional-grade projects rooted in sustainability and social responsibility.

Additionally, Lynch is an accomplished gymnast and two-time Olympian, earning a silver medal in 1996. He was inducted into the USA Gymnastics Hall of Fame in 2002 and is first male African-American gymnast to medal at an Olympics.

Lynch joins Debra Williams and Kevin Kilgore on the Board of Directors, who are returning for their third and second terms. Williams has 20 years of experience with Employee Stock Ownership Plans (ESOP) from her time at GreatBanc’s ESOP Client Services Group, and Kilgore brings more than 40 years of construction expertise, including nearly 30 years with FMI Corporation, the industry’s leading management consulting and investment banking firm.
