Duck Creek Technologies is a leading provider of comprehensive property and casualty insurance software and services for insurers of all sizes worldwide. Their new office and innovation center located in Boston’s Seaport District on the tenth floor of 22 Boston Wharf Road features modern and flexible workspace with open skyline views. The office features workstations with movable furniture and sit-stand desks, conference rooms of all different sizes, private phone booths and a café with seating.
Consigli completed the base building improvements and vertical expansion of the building and was selected based on our knowledge of the existing building and ability to complete the fast-track fit-out concurrently with ongoing work. The project was managed around the six levels of parking within the building that remained open throughout construction.
