New construction of a 274,301 sq. ft., 19-story mixed-use building with 222 residential units, along with community and commercial space in Upper Manhattan. In addition to managing construction of the new building, Consigli’s scope also includes abatement and demolition of an existing building where the site is located. The apartments will be a mix of studios and one and two-bedroom units, 30 percent of which will be designated as affordable. Adjacent to Fort Tryon Park, the residents will enjoy access to hiking trails and views of the Hudson River as well as the Metropolitan Museum of Art’s fabulous medieval collections and the gardens at The Cloisters.
