Project Overview
- Long Island country club founded in 1931
- Existing town services/utilities to be reused
Originally founded in 1931, Huntington Crescent Club is undergoing a complete demolition of the current clubhouse to make way for a new 30,000 sq. ft., single-story structure built atop the existing foundation, except for the kitchen.
The scope of work for the clubhouse improvement project includes site work adjacent to the new building, a complete interior fit-out as well as the construction of a new patio and porch. Also, the existing town services/utilities are expected to be reused.
