Project Overview
- ISO-8/Class 100,000 cleanroom built to Department of Defense (DoD) Confidential Closed Area standards
- Product testing area built to Department of Defense (DoD) Secret Closed Area standards
- Pre-construction services included early procurement of long lead HVAC equipment and lighting, as well as coordination of Owner equipment
The renovation features a 10,000 sq. ft. ISO-8/Class 100,000 clean room and 2,000 sq. ft. testing area built to Department of Defense (DoD) Closed Area Standards and ICD-705 Standards, as well as supporting office and equipment space for use by the end-user. The project scope also includes M/E/P/FP relocations and coordination, updated rooftop HVAC systems and equipment installation.
Consigli managed project logistics and material delivery in accordance with the Client’s strict security standards. To minimize disruption to daily activities at the occupied facility, the Client’s personnel working in the renovated space were relocated into new work areas prior to work being performed.
