Previously the Viceroy Anguilla Resort and Residences, this luxury resort community was constructed to bring modern luxury to one of the most beautiful white-sand beaches on the island. Construction included 31 freestanding beachfront and blufftop villas—each with its own private pool—and 100 resort residences hosting personal plunge pools.
Situated on Barnes Bay and Meads Bay, the 40-acre resort sits upon cliff rock and extends into the water providing an immersive, natural setting. The property incorporates designed finishes and furniture throughout by renowned designer Kelly Wearstler, a leader in the high-end hospitality space.
Project completed partially by J. Benton Construction, LLC—Consigli’s Caribbean partner—in collaboration with multiple firms.
