A contributing property to the Old Georgetown Historic District, LXR Hall is an off-campus dormitory for upper-class Georgetown University students. Originally built in 1925, it was initially comprised of three buildings: Loyola, Xavier, and Ryder. The buildings were eventually renovated and connected to form one residential community. The hall features six floors, double, triple, and single occupancy rooms, a kitchen, music practice rooms, and seminar rooms.

Consigli provided window mock-ups to replace the windows in the historic hall over the summer break. The team also provided preconstruction services for facade renovation and HVAC upgrades. Consigli replaced 441 windows and 252 fan coil units Consigli worked closely with the Old Georgetown Board (OGB) as well the Georgetown University.
