As a living memorial to President John F. Kennedy, the John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts is a distinguished cultural institution that attracts millions of visitors annually.
The Plaza Level Finishes Replacement project focused on enhancing the Center’s electrical infrastructure in its busiest areas—the Grand Foyer, Hall of States, and Hall of Nations. This initiative replaced worn red carpeting, sound wall panels, and floor outlets. All work was performed off-hours to ensure the Center remained fully operational, allowing for uninterrupted performances. The upgrades included aligning new outlets with the concrete substrate, enhancing their functionality for future immersive programming and enriching the overall visitor experience at this iconic venue.
