SARATOGA SPRINGS, NY – Saratoga Casino and Raceway today announced the selection of joint venture Kirchhoff-Consigli Construction Management / Tishman Construction, an AECOM company, as the Construction Manager for the coming $34 million, 108-room hotel addition designed by JCJ Architecture of New York.

Totaling 123,000 square feet, the new addition will include 108 rooms, an indoor pool, a signature fine dining restaurant and a complement of meeting rooms. To be open in summer 2016, the project is estimated to generate more than $5.4 million in New York’s statewide economic output and $1.75 million in state and local tax revenues.
